The Hosemasters Indoor Cricket Club in Cricket Players Resource Directory

The Hosemasters Indoor cricket club began life in March of 1996. Some of us had been thinking about getting a side together before but never done anything about it. In early March the decision was made, a team would be somehow constructed. Selection was tough and harsh in the beginning, with a squad of 12 players all vying for the 8 available positions. It soon became apparent however that certain players had no fucking chance of getting in the side. Eventually the first 8 was chosen. It consisted of Sean Richards, Anthony Overton, Tim Overton, Andrew Connolly, Josh Gummery, Rob Colcott, Sean Sydenham and Chad Miles. Coming off an absolute high after achieving the goal that wed been working towards for 8 years, the Hosemasters decided that a change of venue was in order. This turned out to be a wise move, as the Wednesday night competition at Striker ended fell away badly, and the centre was eventually sold in February of 2005. We decided to play down at a centre wed heard a little bit about from a mate Adam North. Foxys Sports Stadium in Kelmscott became the latest centre to house the glorious Hosemasters Indoor Cricket Club.
