The PCA has been the representative body of past and present first class cricketers in England and Wales, since the organisation was founded in 1967. Our mission to promote and protect the interests of the members by endeavouring to come to amicable agreements with all lawfully constituted cricket authorities, primarily the England and Wales Cricket Board, with a view to the abolition of all restrictions which affect the social and financial position of members at all times.
